Day 1: Reach and Leisure at Srinagar – Heaven on Earth

Fly-in to reach Srinagar. Check-in at the hotel.

Day 2: Srinagar to Kargil via Drass - second coldest inhabited place in the world

Day 3: Kargil to Leh via Moonscapes & monastery circuits

Day 4: Leh – market, monasteries and Ladakhi Life

A colorful city amidst the gigantic mountains – some brown, some pink and some green – with hues of yellow and blue skies

Day 5: Leh to Hunder via world's highest motorable road

A journey through world’s highest motorable road – Khardungla into the real cold deserts of Ladakh – The Nubra Valley

Highlights: Cold Deserts| Khardangla Pass canteen – Lemon tea | Sunset photography at the Sand Dunes | Double Humped Camel Safaris |Ladakhi food – Thukpa, thick soups – nourishing and mildly flavored | Diskit Monastery

Day 6: Hunder to Pangong Tso Lake - Drive through river beds and white sands

We take an off-the-beaten yet one of the most beautiful paths connecting Nubra Valley and Pangong Tso Lake

Highlights: White Sands | Highway parallel to Shyok river | Pangong Lake – the enchanted lake | Hike along the lake

Disclaimer: This route is subject to weather conditions. This road is mostly open only in May-June and October. If this route is closed then we shall drive back to Leh and then next day drive to Pangong Tso from Leh.

Day 7: Pangong Lake to Leh via Thicksey Monastery and Shey Palace

A leisurely travel day - stopovers at picturesque spots. Experience the beautiful quaint villages around Leh

Highlights: Stopover at picturesque points | local cafes | Village Stay Chang La pass – World’s 3rd highest motorable road | Sip Black tea at the summit for a photography break | Butter Tea – Seabuckthorn Juice

Stay: Village Stay – Stok | Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Travel Time: 5 hours 

Day 8: Leh – Rafting, Leisure and the life of a Ladakhi

This is a buffer day, depending on whether the route of Day 6 is open or not (Hunder to Pangong Tso via Wari-La Pass)

Day 9: Leh - Jispa via Gatta Loop

Pass by the Gatta loop – a series of 21 consecutive switchback climbs, picturesque landscapes of Tang La Pass and Baralachha Pass

Day 10: Jispa to Manali via Rohtang Pass

Highlights: Old Manali town | Slow Travel | Snarling traffic of Rohtang 

Day 11: Manali - Half-day City tour

Take evening Luxury Volvo bus from Manali to Delhi/Chandigarh
